Welcome to ‘Speak Up’, NMDC Group’s whistleblowing mechanism.

Kindly note that ‘Speak Up’ is not intended for emergency reporting or HR-related grievances (such as promotion, salary, etc.). For urgent HSE or HR matters, please contact the relevant department.

Through ‘Speak Up’, you can report concerns regarding any wrongdoing, including unethical behavior and any other misconduct, whether this wrongdoing has been attempted or has already occurred.

The concern raised should include the following information for a complete investigation:

• Your name and contact information;
• A description of the Wrongdoing with sufficient detail to permit an initial investigation;
• Name(s) of the Employee(s) or other individuals, and department(s) engaging in the Wrongdoing or with knowledge of the Wrongdoing;
• Approximate or actual date(s) the Wrongdoing took place; and
• Any evidence, if applicable.

Confidentiality and Protection from Retaliation

You have the option to remain anonymous or disclose your identity. However, please be aware that in some cases, not sharing your identity may limit the effectiveness of our investigation. Rest assured, if you choose to reveal your identity, it will be kept strictly confidential.

NMDC Group protects whistleblowers and will not retaliate or tolerate retaliation against any individual for reporting a concern in good faith and without a malicious intent, or for participating in the investigation of any concern.
